Currently serving as CEO and Executive Board Member of HSBC Bank Malta plc, a publicly listed, ECB-supervised systemic bank, with separate life insurance and asset management subsidiaries.

Independent Board Member at a listed, global fintech specializing in international payments. Deep expertise in strategy, transformation, and governance, developed through leadership roles in global financial hubs including London and Hong Kong.

Proven track record of driving growth and transformation through digital innovation, cultural change, sustainable finance, and strong corporate governance.
