This, in turn, gives rise to workplaces of the future, where the environment is built for co-creation, live labs, and agile spaces. And, finally, the future of work and workplaces can only be sustained by a paradigm shift in the workforce – where today’s STEM skills will be replaced tomorrow by STEM+ skills that include design, creative and liberal arts with a culture of lifelong learning.
