Businesses that are progressive, agile, and ‘Live’ are those that will be hyper-productive. Staying relevant in the future hinges on the evolution of work, workplaces, and the workforce. Work will shift towards an agile, distributed development approach, complemented by people+gig+machines. This, in turn, gives rise to workplaces of the future, where the environment is built for co-creation, live labs, and agile spaces. And, finally, the future of work and workplaces can only be sustained by a paradigm shift in the workforce – where today’s STEM skills will be replaced tomorrow by STEM+ skills that include design, creative and liberal arts with a culture of lifelong learning.

As businesses grow, adoption of integrated, modular and intelligent platforms optimize costs and is fundamental for increasing operational efficiency to secure by scale. Keeping pace with sophisticated and persistent cyber threats requires new age cyber security solutions such as multi-layered threat defense, advance threat intelligence, deep analytics and correlation, orchestration & automation, robust incident response and highly skilled and motivated team, that can prepare enterprises for any eventuality, helping them stay relevant and hence secure the future.

12:15 - 13:00

In today's world, a rich experience is the most invaluable and intangible business currency. A pervasive and rapid influx of digital technology in every nook and corner of every organization cross industry and cross sector, has meant the birth of new experiences that dynamically transform the consumer journey. Chatbots, location based services, image and video analytics, personalization, behaviour pattern recognition and mixed reality are just some of the contributing elements that bring out the multi-channel approach enterprises are incorporating to deliver business performance and customer delight.
