Grace Francis is the Global Chief Creative and Design Officer at WONGDOODY and has previously held similar leadership roles at Droga5, Accenture Song and Grey. Francis lectures BA and MA students on the ethics of empathy, design thinking, creativity and advertising at Hyper Island, University of Arts London and George Washington University.

In recent years, Francis has held positions judging for Cannes, eurobest, OneShow, Shots, Campaign, BIMA, and Creative Review. They have spoken at Cannes x Spotify See It Be It, Unfinished Festival, Digital K, Google, Art Directors Club, Game Changers, Utopia, Creative Brief, Women in Innovation and Gerety Awards as well as being published in Creative Review, Vogue Business, Campaign, The Financial Times’ Sifted, The Drum, Shots, et al.
