The closest airport to the Confluence venue- Hotel del Coronado, is the San Diego International Airport (SAN), about 9 miles away.
Confluence Registrations will open at 5pm PDT. Confluence delegates should plan to arrive by afternoon of 23rd September. Partner Day / Analyst & Advisor day attendees should plan their travel one day prior.
The dress code for the Confluence is business casuals.
Infosys has negotiated a special discounted rate for the Delegates. Food & Beverages during the conference will be provided by Infosys. All personal incidentals such as In Room Dining, laundry, mini bar, and phone calls from the room, will be charged to the attendee directly by the hotel during check-out.
The conference is an exclusive invitation-only event. There is no attendance fee for the delegates.
All sessions and communications will be in English.
To make a booking at Hotel del Coronado, please use the 'Book Hotel Now' link that will display upon completion of your conference registration. Please note Infosys has negotiated a special discounted rate for attendees of this event from Sept 22nd - 25th. This is applicable for a limited number of rooms and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that a deposit amount of USD 419 will be blocked on your card when you book the hotel.
Yes, attendees can stay at any hotel of their choice. However, with the conference being hosted at Hotel del Coronado, staying there offers numerous networking opportunities. We recommend booking your accommodation at the hotel to take advantage of our discounted rate.
You may choose to extend your stay at the hotel by making a personal booking. The discounted rates will be applicable for 1 day before and after the conference dates for Confluence attendees through the hotel booking link (based on availability). For any assistance, please email InfosysConfluence@infosys.com with the subject line 'Confluence pre/post booking request'.
The hotel’s check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
