Karmesh Vaswani

EVP & Global Head Consumer, Retail & Logistics, Infosys

Karmesh Vaswani leads the Consumer Goods & Tech, Retail and Logistics Global Business Unit of Infosys and partners strategically with the Executive Board leadership teams of Enterprise clients to help strategise, plan and implement next generation business, digital and technology capabilities. He has extensive cross industry expertise in the areas of Global supply chain management, Logistics Transformations, Sales & Marketing, Finance & HR Transformations and setting up Global Shared Enterprise Services.

He has led a number of initiatives to carve out new sources of competitive advantage in the Consumer, Retail and Logistics industry, delivering tangible improvements in free cash flow for the Enterprise clients. He is very actively involved in shaping new ecosystems with innovative startups, select cloud providers and the business technology services of Infosys to shape new business models Enterprise Clients.

A passionate advocate of Diversity at the workplace, Karmesh leads the global diversity programme at Infosys and also helps clients cultivate diversity in their Technology and Business services groups.

Prior to joining Infosys in 2003, he was a senior executive with Accenture for 10 years, and specialized in leading large business and technology transformation programmes in Asia Pacific region in the Manufacturing, Logistics and Consumer industries.

He has received a Bachelors with Honors in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai (India) and also Executive Global Leadership Development Programme at Stanford University (USA).

Victoria Ossadnik

Chief Operating Officer - Digital, Member of the Board of Management of E.ON SE, E.ON

Victoria Ossadnik is Member of the Management Board of E.ON SE since 1st April as COO-Digital. From 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2021 Victoria held the position CEO of E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH.

Victoria joined E.ON from Microsoft where she was Vice President for Microsoft Enterprise Services Delivery; Data & AI. Prior to this role she led the German Services Organization for Microsoft.

Before Microsoft she managed the Oracle Technology Consulting business as Vice President for Northern Europe. Before this she held various management positions at CSC and SCANLAB, a German laser technology start up.

In addition to her responsibilities at E.ON she is supervisory board member of Linde Plc.

Victoria holds a PhD in Quantum Optics from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich.

Alakananda Narasimhan

Senior Vice President, Global Treasury Services Technology EMEA, Bank of America

Alka grew up in the southern Indian City of Chennai, where she graduated in Physics before completing her post graduate degree in Computer Applications.

She began her career at Infosys Technologies before moving to UK and joining Bank of America. With 20 years of experience in Technology and Finance, she currently manages projects and applications in the Global Banking Technology space.

Alka Co-chairs the ESG committee in the Bromley office and is also part of the Technology Junior Talent Committee at Bank of America.

She lives in London with her husband and 2 sons.

Mohit Joshi

President, Infosys

Mohit Joshi is a President of the company. He is responsible for the Financial Services & Healthcare/Life Sciences businesses at Infosys. In addition, as Chairman of Edgeverve Systems Ltd, he leads our software business which includes Finacle, our Global banking platform. He leads Sales Operations and Effectiveness for Infosys and has executive responsibility for Large deals across the firm. He is also responsible for the company’s internal technology and applications portfolio.

Mohit joined Infosys in 2000 and has since worked in different capacities for the firm. In his previous role, he was responsible for leading the Financial Services business in Europe. In 2007, Mohit was appointed as CEO of Infosys Mexico and was instrumental in setting up the first subsidiary in Latin America.

He is also a Non-Executive Director at Aviva Plc. He is a member of the Risk & Governance and Nomination committees.

Mohit was also invited to join the Global Young Leader program at the World Economic Forum in 2014. He is the Vice Chair of the Economic Growth Board of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) and is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

Mohit has previously worked with ABN AMRO and ANZ Grindlays in their Corporate and Investment bank. He holds a M.B.A from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and a Bachelor’s degree in history from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Kate Walker

EMEA Alliance Manager, Microsoft

An experienced Sales Director & business development leader in the IT sector for over 20 years, Kate has been leading the partnership between Microsoft & Infosys in the UK for a number of years. A strong advocate of breaking bias and constantly challenging herself to learn, grow and confront status quo, Kate’s work starts at home, where she has 3 young boys to bring up understanding their own stereotypes, bias and emotional intelligence.

Monique Hoeben

Managing Director, Head Global Markets Strategy & Business Development, ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Monique Hoeben is a seasoned manager with strong business acumen leveraging over two decades of experience of creating business value through technology. Currently she holds the position of Head of Strategy and Business Development and is part of the Management Team of Global Markets within ABN AMRO.

Prior to this, she held various positions in IT and Global Markets within ABN AMRO and RBS. Also, she gained valuable work experience and knowledge when working for the bank internationally.

When leading the Global Markets IT team, she developed a multi-disciplinary, agile workforce with more than 30% woman, 18 different nationalities and an offshore ratio of more than 65. This demonstrates that she is a collaborative leader who places emphasis on team dynamics, collaboration and an inclusive and diverse culture.

Frederika de Courcy Arora

Vice President, Innovation management, digital customers and markets (I&E), bp

Frederika (Fred) is the vice president of digital innovation management in bp. Her global remit includes identifying new opportunities for growth through internal and external crowd-sourcing (open innovation), rapidly proving/disproving hypothesises across multiple businesses including our customer facing businesses such as Mobility and Convenience, and our Trading and Shipping business.

Her remit also includes embedding a culture of innovation, developing new partnerships externally with innovative digital start-ups and identifying digital products that can be commercialised externally.

Fred started her career as a technology consultant within the construction industry, before working on a number of large scale digital & agile transformations across multiple industries.

Fred is a passionate supporter of women in technology, actively mentoring a number of women both inside and outside of bp, as well as a Mum to two young children aged 4 and 6.

Inderpreet Sawhney

Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Infosys

Inderpreet Sawhney is the Group General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer of Infosys. In this role she leads the legal and compliance function of the Company. She is a strategic business partner supporting the business in legal and regulatory matters and ensuring the implementation of the compliance and ethics program of the Company.

Inderpreet is a seasoned international professional with over 25 years of experience, including as a General Counsel of a large IT Service company, and as Managing Partner of a mid-sized law firm in Silicon Valley. She serves on the Board of Directors of NYSE listed Hillenbrand Inc. and is a member of the National Advisory Council of SABANA (South Asian Bar Association of North America).

In recognition for her work, Inderpreet has been awarded the 2013 NASABA Corporate Counsel Achievement Award, she was an honoree at the 2017 Transformative Leadership Awards, recognizing General Counsel who have demonstrated commitment to advancing women in law; recipient of the Thought Leadership Award at the 2018 Global Transformative Leadership Awards and was featured in the top 25 Women Leaders in IT Services of 2020, published by news portal The IT Services Report.

She is a frequent speaker at conferences globally.

Inderpreet has a BA (Hons.) and LL.B degree from Delhi University and an LL.M from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada.

Gabriele Wagenhofer

VP Markets & Midstream Digital, bp and CIO Trading, Shipping & Midstream, bp

Gabi is the CIO for bp’s Trading, Shipping and Midstream and joined the company in 2006. During her time at bp she has held a variety of IT leadership roles across the organisation including, Group Functions,Functions,( Procurement and Global Business Services) as well as being the CIO for Castrol, bp’s lubricants business. The more recent roles in Global Business Services and as CIO for Trading, Shipping Midstream have been instrumental in setting strategies technology roadmaps to drive digital change and transformation with automation, data analytics and innovation at its core.

Gabi has built a strong track record in setting up a digitally enabled operating model across businesses, functions and IT, with a clear vision of prioritisation, agile delivery and capability definitions. She focuses particularly on the enablement of automation, innovation and data services with deliveries strongly routed in both the group’s digital and business strategy.

Prior to joining BP, Gabi worked for SunGard Energy in Houston, Texas where she led the consultancy teams which deployed trading software across a wide U S and European customer base. In 2004 she relocated to London to manage SunGard’s European energy software business.

Gabriele is an Austrian citizen and holds a Masters degree from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna. She now lives in Kent with her husband and two daughters, 12 and 14 years old, and enjoys cycling and skiing as her favourite pastime activities.

Dr. Hema Prem

Vice President-Europe Insurance, Infosys

Dr. Hema Prem is Vice President leading Europe Insurance at Infosys and is based in London.

She is a Sales Advisory Board Member for EdgeVerve (Infosys subsidiary). She manages business across General Insurance, London & Lloyds Market, Life & Pensions and Broking sector clients and advises CXOs to deliver on themes around digital transformation, cloud initiatives, cost optimization & operational efficiency, innovation& co-creation initiatives.

Hema is also the BAME leader representing Infosys at CBI (Confederation of British Industries) and has also been recognized in multiple forums as an Insurance leader.

Prior to joining Infosys, she has been associated with organizations like Intel, SAP Labs and had been selected as a Lieutenant with the Indian Navy.

Besides this, her Ph.D. research work around Technology road mapping, Design & Architectural Patterns, Advanced Analytics (SVMs) have been published in renowned journals and book chapters.

Hema is also a Stanford University alumnus, where she has successfully completed the Stanford Leadership& Entrepreneurship Ignite Programs.

Mel Jacobs-Kemps

Chief Information Officer, IT Wealth Management & Corporate Banking (WM&CB), ABN AMRO

Mel has been with ABN for approx. 18 years and has been in various leadership roles within the organization. She is the embodiment of digital revolution and shares her vision with the strategy of the bank: A personal bank in a digital age. Mel fosters an inclusive bank that creates value for the society and keeps aiming for better solutions. But also a bank where both employees as well as clients feel at home and find what they need.

Mel is most proud of the teams she has helped to become high performing and what gives her energy is creating value for customers and employees.

Tracie Thompson

Head of Commercial Risk Solutions EMEA, Aon

Tracie Thompson is the Head of Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS) in EMEA since September – leading the creation and management of innovative, high value, best in class solutions and services to clients. She manages a revenue portfolio of over $1bn with ambitious year-on-year growth targets. Tracie leads a large team across the region, who are focused on delivering the full extent of the capital value chain to Aon’s clients.

Tracie joined Aon for the second time in January 2016 as a Managing Director to lead and manage Aon’s partnerships with a portfolio of top global clients with a specific focus on Private Equity and Insurance clients. Tracie led work across the firm with one of the largest insurance companies globally – this work spanned across investment, reinsurance, health/life and P&C solutions. An integral part of her role was to conduct analysis on clients’ business and organisational strategies and identify how Aon can support their profitable growth. Tracie has led global client teams on; senior-level client service, new business production, execution of transactions, delivering quantifiable value, and meeting agreed KPIs.

Prior to joining Aon, Tracie held a senior position in a Lloyd’s Syndicate leading their distribution strategy and managing the build-out of specific Underwriting Portfolios across the insurance platform. Before her role at the syndicate, Tracie held roles in Sydney, Singapore and New York focused on Crisis Management products. In 2013 Tracie established and managed a profitable new division within a large insurer – from initial set up to obtaining reinsurance support, to ultimately setting up the business to be successfully sold to a Lloyd’s Syndicate. During her many years focused on Crisis Management Tracie’s most notable role was the Global Head of Crisis Management for AIG; managing the insurance market’s largest Crisis Management, portfolio and team of underwriters, globally. Prior to AIG Tracie spent 9 years with Aon based predominantly in Asia Pacific managing the Crisis Management division.

Tracie started her insurance career in 1997 as a claims underwriter.

Allison Krill

Chief Technology Officer, Deutsche Börse Group

Allison Krill is the Chief Technology Officer for Deutsche Börse Group. In this role, Allison is responsible for ensuring an effective alignment between Business and Technology Strategy whilst enabling Deutsche Börse Group to execute on new technology opportunities. The CTO organisation is focused on Enterprise Architecture and implementation of the Group strategy in areas including Cloud Adoption, Data Services, Big Data and Analytics, Automation, and Distributed Ledger Technology.

Allison has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held different leadership position in financial markets technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.

Lilly Vasanthini

Associate Vice President, Delivery Head Eastern Europe, NORDIC & Switzerland, Infosys

Been in the Industry for the past 36 years , and specializes in managing large and complex Programs in IT Services and working with a diverse cultural team.

With Infosys for the past 25 years performing roles at multiple levels in delivery and Program Management. Led several Client Engagement assignments for Infosys and has contributed to the growth of the Organization.

Worked directly at client sites across geographies and was responsible for the implementation of large programs working across the Industry verticals.

Holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and an MBA from the All India Management Association ( AIMA). MBTI certified from the CPP , Kansas.

Suchishree Chatterjee

Head of the India Technology Center at Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Bank

Suchi is a technologist with over 25 years’ experience. Suchi has taken over as the Head of India Technology Centre as well as the CIO for RFT Global Data Ingestion She is globally responsible for data platforms and services within the Risk, Finance, and Treasury Technology organization and responsible for the execution of the Technology Centre strategy for India.

A post-graduate in Computer Science, Suchi has extensive experience in implementing, developing, and managing trade lifecycle platforms across all asset classes and has a very good understanding of the Front2Back data and process flows within the Investment and Corporate Banking domains. For the past few years, she has been working to simplify the fragmented data sourcing landscape across the key reporting functions within the Bank. At the same time, she has helped build the India technology Centre and worked on its vision and mission.

She is passionate about the Diversity & Inclusion agenda within the bank and is the sponsor for the India franchise across DbGO, dbEnable and dbPride pillars.

Andrea Hendrickx

Andrea Hendrickx is Country Head Germany at Infosys. In her role, she is responsible for delivery and operations as well as driving branding and talent strategy for Germany.

Prior to joining Infosys, Andrea worked at in the insurance sector and in IT-consulting as well as for Capgemini where she held various roles.

Andrea Hendrickx has extensive expertise in profit driving growth, margin improvement, strategy, project and people management, global delivery and IT service management.

Jennifer Courant

Group Chief Data Officer, Americas Head of Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI), Deutsche Bank

Jennifer is accountable for driving expert management and use of Data assets across the bank as the Chief Data Officer for TDI. Based in New York, Jennifer also performs the role of Americas Head of TDI which includes interfacing with the bank’s US regulators and providing oversight of regional technology delivery and management.

Jennifer joined the bank in 2019 from Deloitte, where she spent two years as a Managing Director in the Risk Advisory practice, specializing in data solutions for large, multinational financial institutions. Prior to that, she spent 18 years at Citigroup in a number of leadership roles including analytics, data and technology in the Risk Management organization.

Andreea Ionita

Chief Digital & Technology Officer E.ON Romania, E.ON

Andreea joined E.ON Romania in April 2018, when she took over the position of Deputy General Manager – member of the Management Board and Strategy and Digitalization Director.

Currently, Andreea leads the Digital Transformation, Data Strategy and Information Technology areas of E.ON Romania, as Chief Digital & Technology Officer.

Andreea Ioniţă has an international experience of over 18 years in telecom industry, in Romania, Great Britain, Sweden and in several countries in Africa as well, working in different management positions for companies such as Orange, Ericsson and Vodafone.

From her previous position – Strategy and Program Management Director Orange Romania and member of the Management Board, Andreea contributed to the development of the vision and the market strategy of one of the top companies in the telecommunication industry.

Bilge Mert

Chief Technology Officer, Brit Insurance

Bilge is responsible for leading Brit’s technology and data strategy to further advance the business’ focus on delivering an innovative, data-driven and technology empowered platform for underwriting, claims and operations.

Bilge has over 18 years’ experience in technology, with a strong track record in driving commercial value and business transformation through the integration of automation and technology.

She joined Brit from InsurTech iptiQ, Swiss Re’s start-up where she was responsible for developing and driving iptiQ’s tech strategy, building its global engineering community and delivering its white labelled insurance platform to iptiQ’s distribution partners.

Bilge also brings valuable experience from outside of the insurance industry, with a career that has spanned, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceuticals and consultancy. Prior to joining iptiQ in 2019, she previously worked at British American Tobacco, Mondelez and Accenture UK.

Tao Baker

Head of Digital Innovation, Permanent TSB

With more than 20 years of International Banking and Consulting experience, Tao Baker brings a wealth of Innovation, Digital and Transformational experience to Permanent TSB. Having worked with leading Brands in Africa, Europe and Asia, she is driving the Innovation Agenda at Permanent TSB with energy, fun and a mindset shift.

She has had a busy 30 months at the Bank juggling work, family life and her passion for horse riding. That has not stopped her delivering on some key Innovation led initiatives. Tao has delivered the Banks first digital wide Innovation Competition which saw 740 employees register, 65 ideas published across 4 key challenges and over 15.5 million of IdeoKoins invested over a 3 month period.

She is now supporting the winning teams deliver their ideas. This will be a first in the local market helping to protect customers against Fraud. The runner up team being a group of graduates whose idea will be live in Q1 enabling the organisation to better engage with colleagues by leveraging the best of technology.

Whilst driving the Innovation Competition, Tao was also involved in launching the Business Banks first digital loan in under 16 weeks. She successfully helped drive the Bank’s first AWS cloud implementation to enable faster credit decisioning for customers. These were massively successful projects demonstrating the best of Innovation and agile delivery. Tao was nominated for 2 Banking Innovation Awards due to these projects.

Tao continues to make a massive impact to Permanent TSB by introducing an Innovation Culture to the Bank. She thrives on challenge, tight deadlines and continuous iteration of ideas to make a difference. She is customer and employee focussed aiming to bring everyone on a digital innovation journey. Learning and development is also key for this ambitious leader.

Tao is refining her model for a Digital Talent Incubator to nurture talent and drive high performance across the Bank. She has introduced the Mobiusloop which is an outcome based navigator to drive culture, deliver agile projects and shift mindsets. Tao continues to lead the Banks Innovation culture by bravely stepping out of her comfort zone and embracing new technologies, partnerships and improving our communities. With her great vision, leadership style, passion and energy, we look forward to another year of disruptive thinking.

Elena Gomez

Global Head of Domestic Payments, Director, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citibank

Elena Gomez is the Global Domestic Payments Product Head in TTS at Citi, responsible for leading the Domestic Payments strategy and commercialization globally, including Instant Payments.

Elena has over 20 years experience in Financial Services. Since joining Citi in 2004, she has held a number of roles within the bank - covering Network, Operations, Project and Product Management, among other functions. Through these roles Elena has supported and led multiple Payment and Receivables solutions, and built a wealth of expertise in transactional banking. Elena also plays an active role in industry forums.

Elena holds a Bachelor degree in English Studies by UAM Madrid, and a Masters in Financial Services by University College Dublin.

Nazia Jabeen

HR Leader, UK & Ireland, Global Sales-Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Lifesciences, Infosys

Nazia started her career with Infosys in 2005 and is based in London. A business focused HR leader with an international career, she currently heads the HR function for UK and Ireland and the Global Sales portfolio for leading industry segments – Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance and Life Sciences.

At Infosys, she has held responsibilities across the length and breadth of HR spectrum. She is a passionate change leader with experience in building talent management strategy, Compliance, Total rewards and Employee Relations.

With a strong track record in partnering with business leaders as an inclusive leader, Nazia gives energy and vision for overcoming uncertainties in these times of ongoing transformation.

Shipra Gill

Head - Strategic Engagements & Advisor Relations - UKI, Nordics & Benelux, Infosys

Shipra Gill heads Strategic Engagements and Advisor Relations as part of Large Deals team at Infosys and is based in London focusing on the Influencer strategy for United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Nordics regions.

Shipra has 15+ years of experience driving high impact influencer relationships in the IT industry. With considerable experience at Infosys, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro, she has a strong grasp of the technology landscape and stakeholder management. This compliments her strong network within the IT/ BPO third-party outsourcing advisor community to deliver results. She focuses to create visibility for the brand and generate pipeline for business growth across all portfolios through strategic relationships and business development as a focused go to market channel in the region.

With multiple degrees in marketing, economics, psychology and HR, she can devote herself to creating a positive and informed influence of her colleagues, partners, and customers. She has hosted multiple events across Europe and has been acknowledged for her work by the industry. She is focused on empowering women in the workplace by actively participating in Diversity and Inclusion lead initiatives at both Infosys and her personal life, such as the #IamEnough Instagram women empowerment campaign. Cindyrella Amistadi

Board Member & Head of Outsourcing, Operations & Technology, J.P. Morgan SE

Cindyrella Amistadi joined JPMorgan in Luxembourg as a Managing Director within Digital and Platform Services (DPS) in 2018. She acts as a JPMSE Board Member in charge of Operations, Technology and Outsourcing.

In her current role, Cindyrella manages and oversees our Operations, Outsourcing governance and Technology at the legal entity level, supported by her leadership team located in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Dublin. Her role is focused on establishing aligned governance and oversight across JPMSE's business lines as well as all outsourced activities and it includes maintaining strong relationships with our regulators, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while leveraging as much as possible our global model.

Cindyrella is a key advocate of the DPS people strategy and built a culture of continuous learning. Guided by her passion for creating an environment where Diversity and Inclusion is key in all aspects of the business, she is currently senior sponsor for the Benelux WOTM and is heavily invested in recruiting, mentoring and empowering diverse staff. Cindyrella is a senior leader having spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry. She joined the firm from Credit Suisse, where she was Chief Executive Officer of Multiconcept Fund Management SA.. Other previous roles include Managing Director, Head of Fund Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Off-shore Tax Operations at BNY Mellon, and Head of Tax, Financial and Operational Reporting at CACEIS.

Cindyrella holds a diploma in French Law and an initiation in German private and public law from Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand, a Bachelor's degree in Private Law and Master's degree in Business Law from the University Robert Schuman.

In her free time, Cindyrella enjoys scuba diving, reading, cooking and hiking.
