You will be responsible for HR initiatives, system enhancements and benchmarking processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the leadership has the inputs to make informed decisions.
You will work with the leadership on the recruitment life cycle. You will devise a sourcing plan, be responsible for implementation, and manage agencies/partners and candidates, while acting as a talent advisor to internal customers.
You will anchor the processes of the corporate finance group. You will monitor budgets and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we remain compliant to the agreed guidelines.
