Welcome to a meritocracy of ideas.
If an innovation has to serve a diverse set of people, it has to come from people of diverse backgrounds. It’s that simple. That’s why we have people from all walks of life – of different interests, genders, and orientations from over a 100 nationalities, operating out of 45 countries. Come, be defined by your skills, ideas and attitude, not your ability, race, sexuality, or nationality.

Our social responsibility programs are born out of deep research and designed to be holistic community development programs. With each school, library, hospital or toilet that we’ve help build, we’re building a bridge to the future for the people around us. Our programs are as varied as preserving ancient art forms, to computer science and code literacy for young students. Our responsibility extends to creating a technological future that remains human.

Infosys Foundation USA is a non-profit organization focused on bridging the digital divide in America. It aims to give children, young adults, and workers across the United States the skills they need to become not just consumers, but creators of technology. The Infosys Foundation USA supports computer science education and training, with the belief that technology and learning can empower every citizen. The Infy Maker Awards program encourages today’s makers at schools and in communities to become the next generation of inventors.
The Foundation instituted the Infosys Prize, an annual award, to honor outstanding researchers in the areas of engineering and computer science, humanities, life sciences, mathematical sciences, physical sciences and social sciences. Each award carries a prize of US$100,000. The Infosys Prize endeavors to elevate the prestige of science and research in India and inspire young Indians to choose a vocation in research.
