Manjunatha is a Vice President at Infosys and drives the Infosys Business Incubator (IBI), focusing on shaping innovation capabilities that spark ideas, develop solutions, build businesses, and scale revenue for enterprises. He drives initiatives to build scalable systems, processes, policies, governance models, investments, and infrastructure to accelerate innovation at Infosys.

As part of the IBI, Manjunatha has led the incubation of ventures across domains such as Service as Software, Software as Services, and Software-Centric Mobility. He plays a key role in forging a dynamic ecosystem that brings together startups, VCs, CVCs, universities, incubators, and accelerators to co-create future-ready, technology-led solutions under the Infosys Innovation Network (IIN).

His work emphasizes developing a culture of ‘making’ at the convergence of emerging technologies, fostering Phygital innovations, and building IP and offerings across cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Blockchain, Autonomous Systems, Quantum Computing, Robotics, Space, and Semiconductors.

Manjunatha has been instrumental in creating a culture of innovation and building innovation infrastructure at Infosys and helping clients expand their innovation capacity. He continues to champion initiatives that bring grassroots innovation to clients and strengthen Infosys’ position as a leader in technology-driven transformation.

He also has experience across trends research, valuation and costing, mentoring startups, strategy and IT consulting, across multiple business verticals including Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, and others.
