Samad Masood

About Samad

Samad is the European head and content strategy lead for the Infosys Knowledge Institute. He has spent the past 20 years as a technology journalist, researcher, thought leader and innovator. At Infosys he has driven the research agenda at the Knowledge Institute, developing and expanding the group’s “Radar” series of reports and the ESG and Digital research streams.

Before joining Infosys he developed Accenture’s start-up innovation practice in the UK, first setting up and running a series of start-up accelerators in the Fintech, Retail, and Health sectors, and then leading the company’s Open Innovation group in the UK, while also selling digital strategy services to clients. Before this he was that firm’s Technology research lead, having been a researcher a principle research analyst at firms such as Computerwire, Datamonitor and Ovum, and a writer for magazines including Risk, Information Age and Computer Business Review.


In this 60-minute session, leading supply chain practitioners across industries shared their thoughts and perspectives on the following:

  • How their organizations responded to the pandemic
  • What lessons must be learned for the future
  • How supply chain design, planning, and strategy needs to change
