Infosys Europe Leadership Forum is our quarterly meet that brings together thought leaders, client speakers and inspiring personalities to address industry challenges and put forth actionable insights on how organisations can navigate their digital transformation journeys in the ever-evolving times of today.

Acceleration, inclusion and transformation: these are the three digital mandates that lie ahead for every enterprise emerging from the pandemic. Staying relevant and resilient necessitates a focus on digital infrastructure, skills and innovation to enable a strong foundation for the future. Now is the time to renew our vision and rebuild to empower people, communities and businesses, so that the next normal is always better than the one that was.

Employees are expected to keep up with the rapidly changing digital sphere and companies have to arm their employees with the digital skills to manage the changing face of work.
