Global mining companies should attract new talent and retain the current talent pool. Your mining enterprise has a business imperative: leverage digital technology to answer pressing talent issues: How does the mining industry grow talent with new ways of working to achieve business goals? How does a centuries old industry reorient its culture to adapt to the digital lifestyle of the millennial generation? How does mining upskill its ageing workforce as well as engage with digital-first new hires? What skills should the mining industry be focusing on now and will this skillset be relevant after five years? What approach should mining companies adopt to recruit new talent amidst a digital transformation?
