Infosys Limited, its subsidiaries, associates and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Infosys”, “us”, “we”) are committed to process your personal data as per the laws of your country or state, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. Data Recipients / Accessible to: We may disclose Personal Data to the following categories of recipients for the same purposes described below and where appropriate, we require that such parties maintain its confidentiality and maintain appropriate systems and processes to ensure its security and protection:

2. For informing you about confirmed registration
3. For disseminating your knowledge/opinions to the attendees of International Women's Day event and subsequently, to other Infosys employees
4. For capturing the event by means of photographs, videos (including video recordings) etc. to make them available for publications, promotions, press releases etc.

For Non-EU/EEA - If necessary for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to Infosys office located in India and where applicable, our authorized service providers’ servers. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. Your personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction based on Data Transfer Agreement/Consent/Specific Standard Contractual Clauses, etc. based on applicable DP Laws.

Data Retention:
Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Statement unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.
