Infosys has been recognized as an overall winner of the ISG Star of Excellence™ Awards 2021, and an overall leader in the ISG Star of Excellence™ Customer Experience Benchmark report. The recognition is a testament to Infosys’ robust performance in technology services, superior customer experience, and strong client advocacy with higher satisfaction for the overall service delivered across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Infosys was recognized by clients for maintaining amicable relationships, proactively resolving problems, and efficient communication. Infosys was also called out for resolving difficult operational problems especially during the pandemic. The report highlighted Infosys’ ability to accelerate digitalization, adapt to its clients’ work culture, and proactively resolve issues with a zeal to continuously improve features and processes.
