Infosys voted as the best in several categories including ‘Best Overall for Corporate Governance’ and ‘Best for Investor Relations’ at Asiamoney’s annual Corporate Governance Poll 2013.
About the award
Asiamoney invited CEOs, CIOs, and senior executives from fund management and hedge fund companies in
the Asia-Pacific region, as well as heads of research and senior analysts in brokerages across the
region, to participate in the eighth Corporate Governance Poll. In the poll conducted, Infosys was
voted as the best in the following categories:
- Best Overall for Corporate Governance
- Best for Investor Relations
- Best for Responsibilities of Management and the Board of Directors
- Best for Disclosure and Transparency
- Best for Shareholders’ Rights and Equitable Treatment

Infosys bags platinum at the Asset Excellence in Management and Corporate Awards 2013.
About the award
Infosys receives the platinum award (along with 31 other companies) at the Asset Excellence in
Management and Corporate Awards 2013 organized by The Asset Benchmark Research. The criteria used to
assess the companies include a range of metrics of financial performance as a gauge of management
acumen. The awards also recognize the importance of sustainable growth – companies are evaluated
according to the quality of their corporate governance, social responsibility, environmental
responsibility, and investor relations.
IR Global Rankings
Infosys ranked third globally for corporate governance practices and second best for IR website in India by IR Global Rankings 2013.
About the award:
IR Global Rankings (IRGR), the most comprehensive technical ranking system for investor relations
websites, online annual report, financial disclosure procedures, and corporate governance practices,
was held jointly with London Stock Exchange. The ranking system is based on extensive technical
proprietary research of publicly traded companies based on a clear and transparent methodology that
is supported and backed by key global institutions, including Arnold & Porter, KPMG, MZ, and
Sodali. More than 300 companies worldwide participated in the 2013 edition. Amongst all the
participants, Infosys was ranked third globally for corporate governance practices and second best
for IR website in India.
