What are Employee Resource Groups?

Employee resource groups (also known as ERGs, affinity groups, or business network groups) are voluntary employee-led groups who join together in their workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences.

iBELIEVE : Infosys Black Employees, Leading in Excellence, Vision and Equity for our Black employees and their allies

YEN : Young Employees Network (YEN) for the young and young at heart

HOLA : Hispanic Organization for Latinos (HOLA) creates a sense of community and belonging for Hispanic employees, provides development opportunities and fosters an inclusive work environment whereby this constituency can feel heard, valued, and supported.
