Nandan Nilekani

Nandan Nilekani is the Co founder and Chairman of Infosys and the Founding Chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). A globally respected leader in digital public infrastructure, he has played a pivotal role in advancing financial inclusion and technology led governance.

Mohammed Rafee Tarafdar

Rafee is a Unit Technology Officer and heads the Strategic Technology Group at Infosys that focuses on building next generation platforms, capabilities and solutions. The Strategic Technology Group comprises of Technology Strategists defining and driving large transformational programs and platforms, Power Programmers who work as full stack developers on complex engineering projects for clients and Expert Trackers who bring in deep technical expertise in emerging technology areas and are involved in building platforms and solution for Infosys.

He has over twenty years of IT experience and the first phase of his career focused on coding and developing products for the Manufacturing and Banking industry. In the second phase, he concentrated on consulting, architecting and delivering transformational solutions for the Retail, Consumer Goods and Logistics industries. Now, in the third phase, he is directed towards building deeper architecture, technology and programming capabilities within Infosys, developing new Go-To Market solutions and building platforms for Infosys and their clients. His current research interests include operating models for sustainability and skills development, published in The Live Enterprise: Create a Continuously Learning and Evolving Organization (McGraw-Hill).

Satish H.C.

Satish H.C. is Chief Delivery Officer at Infosys. He has been a pivotal part of the organization for three decades, during which he has played diverse and global leadership roles across: Data & AI, Digital Business units; delivery for manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services; internal Board for key Infosys acquisitions, and several councils running day-to-day operations at Infosys. He has been part of the IT industry since its early days and is one of the pioneers who turned the vision of a global delivery model into a success story, enabling it to stay relevant and adapt over the decades. In his relentless pursuit of Infosys staying ahead of the curve, Satish has been instrumental in carving out a differentiated positioning for Infosys through service innovations and partnering with CXOs of Global 2000 enterprises.

Satish has championed many firsts at Infosys, like winning large deals; building the industry-first & largest financial services relationship, top 5 Infosys relationships; scaling China for global delivery, LATAM for nearshore delivery; innovative GCC partnership models. Satish has spearheaded several thought leadership and innovative pivots, like Data Economy in the Digital Era, Digital Services model for the Digital Era, Workforce Transformation & Services model for an AI-first era, to unlock new opportunities for Infosys. He is deeply involved in several organizational transformation and cross-functional initiatives, along with core business operations.

Satish has received multiple awards for his contributions to the organization’s leadership, service delivery excellence, and nurturing strategic relationships for Infosys. Outside Infosys, Satish is also a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, which oversees the strategies and priorities for the tech services industry in India.

Satish has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the prestigious University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bangalore. He has also completed a Global Leadership Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dennis Gada

EVP, Global Head of Banking & Financial Services, Infosys

Dennis Gada is the Global Head of Banking & Financial Services. He serves on the Board of EdgeVerve Systems Limited, a Products and Platforms subsidiary, and Infosys Compaz Pte. Ltd (iCompaz), a Joint Venture with Temasek Holdings. Overseeing the company’s largest business unit, Dennis leads a high-performing global team and is responsible for defining strategy, driving growth and innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and managing all commercial and financial aspects of the global financial services business. He has over 25 years of international experience across APAC, Europe, and the US, and travels extensively. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A recognized leader in financial services transformation, Dennis has deep domain knowledge across Consumer and Commercial Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, Investment Banking, Custody Services, Cards and Payments, and Market Infrastructure. He is known for helping global financial institutions accelerate digital transformation and unlock business value through technology and operations transformation — particularly in areas like AI, cloud, and data-led innovation.

Dennis is a frequent speaker at global forums, including the World Economic Forum, Milken Institute, and Sibos, and is regularly featured in leading publications such as American Banker and Global Finance. He is part of the Board of Trustees at the Discovery Place Museum, a nonprofit organization and hub for education and exploration in the Carolinas.

Prior to Infosys, Dennis worked at Accenture and PwC. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and an alumnus of Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai University.

Anantha Radhakrishnan

CEO & MD, Infosys BPM

Anantha Radhakrishnan (Radha) is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Infosys BPM Limited.

Prior to this role, Radha was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) managing global operations for the organization. He has played multiple roles at Infosys BPM, spanning technology, transformation, enterprise capability, and global centers management, working with clients in their transformation journey, enhancing business value delivered. Further, Radha has spent many years with the Infosys group, working across consulting and IT services, before his stint in BPM. Before Infosys, Radha worked with Unilever and brings with him rich leadership experience and intensive domain capability. Prior to Unilever, Radha has worked across multiple industries.

Radha is a proficient public speaker and reflects on and shares his Authentic Leadership experiences in various forums. A strong practitioner in balancing the Head and Heart quotient, Radha formulated the 4E way of reimagining business process management for Infosys BPM and its clients – Efficiency through lean industrialization and automation, Effectiveness through business insights and analytics, Experience through innovation, and Empathy through Human-ware.

Ruchir is the Executive Vice President and Industry Head for Manufacturing in Europe at Infosys. Arindam Banerji

EVP & Country Head, State Street

Arindam is executive vice president and the country head for State Street India. Arindam has the overall responsibility for the management of all operations of our India offices based across Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Vijayawada, which comprises of approximately 22,000 employees. He oversees this workforce and delivery of critical services and processes across our businesses, in partnership with global business and corporate functional leaders.

Arindam is also responsible for the governance and oversight for areas of compliance within the country regulatory framework. He is the Chair of the State Street India Management Committee and the India Risk and Compliance Committee.

Arindam has more than three decades of diverse, cross-functional and global experience, with a deep understanding of the financial services sector and its functioning (in particular commercial and investment banking). He joined State Street in October 2023 from Wells Fargo, where he was the EVP and Managing Director for their operating centers in India and the Philippines. He has worked at organizations like Ernst & Young India, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Larsen & Toubro, and Price Waterhouse. He has held senior directorship roles on various boards, with a focus on delivering governance and fiduciary commitments, and has also been an operating committee member in some of these leadership roles.
