A major US fashion brand suffered expensive downtime and poor customer experience because it could not accurately predict or promptly fix server failure.

Solution

We built a predictive model using Infosys AI platform which analyses traffic trends and identifies anomalies in server traffic, and can therefore pinpoint which server needs attention. Problems can now be fixed in 5 minutes instead of one hour– improving the customer experience and preventing expensive downtime, especially on high-volume days such as Black Friday.
