Transforming Utility Field Service Operations with KloudGin FSM at APS: Success Story
Arizona Public Service (APS) had embarked on a business transformation program to implement KloudGin field services management solution as the new Field Services Management (FSM) platform which replaces the legacy Oracle Mobile Workforce Management. The solution implemented integrates multiple applications such as Oracle CC&B, Maximo, existing ESB as the middleware solution, additionally this project provided a comprehensive solution within KloudGin capabilities.
