Infosys Wins Three 2021 ServiceNow Awards
Infosys has been recognized by ServiceNow as the 2021 Global Service Provider Partner of the Year, Americas Service Provider Partner of the Year, and Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) Service Provider of the Year. Infosys was awarded for its overall excellence in delivery and ServiceNow pipeline growth, as well as its ability to provide a world-class customer experience.
Infosys was named the Global Service Provider Partner of the Year for the third consecutive year and the Americas Service Provider Partner of the Year for the fourth year in a row.
For the 2021 awards, ServiceNow evaluated its partners basis their performance in the previous year, and a combination of factors that include revenue contribution, product line expansion, workflow, skill growth, and business transformation.
Infosys accelerates clients’ service experience transformation by leveraging its solution, the Infosys Enterprise Service Management Café, part of Infosys Cobalt and built over the Now Platform. The company was acknowledged for growing net new annual contract value, demonstrating engagement in co-sell and co-delivery, and expanding its footprint in existing client base by upselling and cross-selling across the Now Platform.
