Key Challenges

The Research and Development (R&D) division of a leading Pharma organization embarked on an initiative to modernize its IT landscape. This program was initiated to align with the strategic direction of the organization with a focus on:

a) Hosting Big Data on Cloud so that the researchers in R&D could access the data seamlessly to perform real-time, dynamic analyses. This required the employees of the IT division of R&D to be upskilled on trending technologies to host and manage its rich and dynamic content on cloud.

b) Leveraging Digital Technology for Human Connections – as the client was leveraging new methods of engagement and data capture, it necessitated leveraging digital technologies- all of which supported the research and development of new drugs.

c) Leveraging emerging technologies to create opportunities not yet imagined

In alignment with these strategic objectives, the client wanted to adopt a modern learning platform to train its employees on multiple digital technologies.
