Agentic AI in Organizations: OECD Report
Infosys contributed practitioner insights to the OECD-GPAI publication, Agentic AI in Organizations: Early Insights from Practitioner Interviews, which examines how organizations are developing, deploying, and governing Agentic AI systems in real-world environments.
Drawing on interviews with 25 organizations across industry, academia, and government, the publication explores emerging applications, opportunities, governance approaches, and implementation challenges associated with increasingly autonomous AI systems.
As the only participating entity from India, Infosys shared perspectives on enterprise-scale Agentic AI adoption, multi-agent systems, governance-by-design, and responsible AI practices. The publication highlights the growing importance of evaluation, assurance, cybersecurity, traceability, and accountability as Agentic AI moves from experimentation into operational business workflows.
The contribution reflects Infosys' ongoing commitment to advancing trustworthy AI through governance frameworks, runtime safeguards, and responsible innovation, while contributing to the global dialogue on the future of Agentic AI.
