Infosys designed and integrated ServiceNow Solution and deployed a service excellence office to help manage and govern all of the ITIL processes across multiple vendors. Adopting the Infosys Enterprise Service Management Café and other associated Service Management capabilities has transformed Service Integration and Management at Versum and has really set Versum on the path of Service Experience transformation.
