The Quality Department at Infosys proactively leads compliance and assurance through audits and assessments to de-risk the organization, with increased coverage of services and centers. We continue to comply with international management system standards and models at the Infosys Group level including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27701, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 42001, ISO 20000, & ISO 22301.

In fiscal 2023, Infosys was appraised at L5 maturity in one of the world’s largest integrated CMMI V2.0 assessments.

Infosys continues to comply annually with SSAE 18/ISAE 3402 SOC Type I and Type II at an enterprise level and has received an independent auditors’ assurance compliance report.

Infosys’ carbon neutrality efforts have been certified in accordance with the ISO 14068-1 carbon neutrality standard for the seventh consecutive year.

Infosys is among the first companies to have its Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS) certified with accreditation to ISO 27701 privacy information management standard.

A robust Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) has been established across Infosys’ global operations, with a strong focus on 100% compliance with applicable local health, safety, and environmental legislation. Recognizing the varying nature of operations across geographies, HSEMS implementation is structured through a zonal approach, with the level of rigor and oversight aligned to the criticality of business activities undertaken in each zone. Locations representing approximately 85% of Infosys’ global workforce, where critical business operations are performed, are covered under a highly developed and rigorously audited HSEMS certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. These locations undergo regular internal and external audits to ensure continual compliance and improvement. The remaining locations are governed through a robust implementation of HSEMS in accordance with Infosys’ internal governance requirements and applicable local legislation, ensuring consistent health, safety, and environmental performance across all operations.

Infosys conducts periodic internal reviews / assessments through qualified HSE specialists and trained internal auditors from corporate and regional teams. These audits verify compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, company policies, and applicable legal requirements, while assessing the effectiveness of HSE controls and driving continual improvement across global operations.

Information security governance at Infosys is of paramount importance to our business operations. All our workforce, business systems and operations are covered through our robust information security practices across our global operations. About 90% of our employees have been covered through Information security management system certifications. (ISO 27001).
