Les services sont opérés par des agents IA fonctionnant en mode human-in-the-loop. Ces agents sont capables d’exécuter des workflows de bout en bout, avec ou sans intervention humaine, en automatisant ou en supprimant certaines tâches, ou en assistant les collaborateurs dans leur exécution. Par exemple, l’agent IA RH d’Infosys peut traiter une demande de déplacement professionnel (via chat ou e-mail) et générer automatiquement la requête correspondante. Les collaborateurs humains supervisent, entraînent et ajustent en continu les agents IA prêts à l’emploi, afin de garantir leur précision, leur conformité et leur alignement éthique.
