Mahesh Venkataraman
Associate Vice President, Independent Validation Services, Infosys
Mahesh has over 25 years of industry experience, a decade of which was spent in the Testing area. During this time, he assumed multiple leadership roles and was associated with many business service innovation initiatives. He played a significant role in building testing organizations during a time when the market for testing, as an independent service, was yet to mature.
In his capacity as Head of Innovation and Alliances, Mahesh leads key initiatives like service productization, study and research in evolution of testing services, and partnership initiatives that yield significant improvements in business value of testing. As Head of delivery, he leads key competency programs and customer value initiatives. He also successfully led and managed the transition and delivery of large customer transformational testing programs that were governed by stringent SLAs.
Rahul Madhusudan Joshi
Industry Principal, Infrastructure Services, Infosys
Rahul Madhusudan Joshi has spent 15+ years in the Infrastructure Management Services unit at Infosys.
As an Industry Principal, he is responsible for developing solutions for emerging services, infrastructure transformation, and cloud services within the company. He is the author of several articles on infrastructure management, and has filed for two patents in this area.
Shishank Gupta
Associate Vice President, Independent Validation Services, Infosys
Shishank is one of the founding members of the Independent Testing business unit at Infosys, and has contributed significantly towards setting up the service. In his current role as Head of the testing service line, he is responsible for service innovation, competency development, alliances and partnership development, and analyst interactions. He holds a patent for his ‘Test unit estimation’ model, an industry-first in sizing testing effort.
Shishank has been involved in several academic and industry forums, and has delivered talks ranging from optimizing testing effort, to creating a learning culture in the organization and delivering business value through testing. He has also presented papers at the International HR Conference, Amsterdam; and PMI EMEA Congress, Budapest. His article on ‘Maximizing your Investments in e-Commerce’ was published in the RIS business journal, and an article titled ‘Business value of testing’ in Risk-UK.
