Session description
Emerging new-age digital technologies are creating opportunities for entrants, threatening the turf that established companies have always enjoyed. To sustain competitive advantage in this digital age, organizations have to ensure progress with velocity, be ‘first time right’, and have customers at the heart of every decision. This needs continuous assurance and focus on customer sentiments, something that has never been a focus for traditional QA. Digital transformation encompasses the three dimensions of customer experience, operating model, and business model. Assuring the product readiness of such a program has unique challenges:

  • Do the transformations affected in the operating model and business model stay aligned to customer centricity?
  • Are the interface points in digital architecture adequately tested to stand the new rigor of functionality, security, and performance?
  • How can data be used for analytics-driven decision-making and transformation be future-proofed to assure competitive advantage?
