TM Forum Catalyst InFocus is a unique, interactive event that showcases the innovative demos and proof-of-concept projects – Catalysts.
Catalyst projects are a cutting-edge proof-of-concepts that bring TM Forum’s best practices and standards to real world scenarios. These unique projects feature case studies from some of the largest companies in the industry. The event has over six hours of dedicated networking built into the agenda, and will display proof-of-concept projects in one-on-one demos as well as in rapid-fire presentations.
Infosys is part of three catalysts – leading the way as a Project Lead in driving the next generation commerce experience as a part of Omnishop catalyst. Infosys is laying a foundation for omnichannel enablement and showcasing a reference implementation for 'shop' journeys across customer service representative (CSR), customer, and dealer-facing channels.
To address the challenges, an innovative approach abstracts the back-end complexities, federates information from diverse back-end ecosystems, and offers consistent capabilities across channels. This facilitates seamless transfer of context from one channel to another, in real-time.
