TM Forum Live! will be held over four days, with live proof-of-concept demos, case studies, and thought-provoking discussions. Viroopax Mirji
Associate Vice President, Innovation Partner and Head – Cable and Media Consulting, Infosys
Viroopax has over 24 years of experience in business IT consulting and service operations. In his current role as Associate Vice President, he is responsible for leading CME innovation consulting programs in the Americas. He is also an Innovation Partner for three of the top global multi-system operators (MSOs).
Previously, as Vice President (MFS) at Roamware, Viroopax released a global facebook mobile service called 'SocialTopUps' to monetize mobile top-up transactions for the immigrant population. Before this, Viroopax was the Vice President of service operations and customer experience engineering at Sezmi for personalized OTT TV services.

Gnanapriya has over 21 years of experience in the software and telecom industries. She has been involved in multiple engagements for various service providers and OEMs. Gnanapriya consults for transformation, modernization and green field solutions, enterprise and technology architecture, IT roadmap in the areas of E2E B / OSS, social networking, wireless and converged applications, VAS / SDP with multi-channel delivery capability, mobility, business cloud for communications service providers, leveraging industry standards and best practices. Prior to her current role, she had been involved in guiding architectural solutions in the Energy, and Utilities and Services verticals.
