Gloria is responsible for the implementation and support of all Market Facing applications. This includes the Quote to Bill applications for the Group and Individual Markets, EIVR, the Member, Broker and Employer web portals and mobile applications. She is also responsible for ancillary data integration as well as product implementations such as HealthyBlue. Gloria also supports and drives strategic initiatives such as web adoption and paperless communications at CareFirst
Sanjay Dalwani, Vice President, Head of Healthcare, Infosys Ltd
Sanjay Dalwani leads US HealthCare business for Infosys. He has overall responsibility for all customer facing functions and business growth and profitability.
Sanjay brings industry experience having partnered with several large Blues, Commercial Payers, PBMs and Providers on their key initiatives spanning Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, PCMH, Claims Management & Operations, Member Services & IT sourcing and consulting services. Prior to Healthcare, Sanjay spent 10 years building and running the Retail and CPG business in Infosys. His personal expertise lies in areas of digital transformation, consumer engagement and sales force enablement leveraging cross channel capabilities and analytics.
