Henry Johnston Henry Johnston, Vice President, Head of Sales Digital (DX), Infosys

Henry Johnston leads the Global Digital Business at Infosys. He is at the helm of customer-facing functions, driving business growth, and profitability for the unit.

He has led large digital teams for Fortune 500 brands including IBM, American Express, P&G, HP, Johnson & Johnson, and Verizon and has been successful in providing tangible, results-driven business transformation across verticals such as manufacturing, retail, CPG, healthcare, and financial services.

Prior to joining Infosys, he served as a Global Managing Director at Publicis. Sapient and led the global digital account for Samsung. He has a proven track record of leading digital strategies for IBM’s global industries and global services offerings, building the American Express Open ‘Small Business Saturday’ platform, and developing Verizon’s ’V Cast’ content and entertainment platform.

Eamonn Johnston is the business owner responsible for positioning Horizon as a leader in digital healthcare payer services to enable delivery of the highly personalized, real time experiences that customers, providers, brokers and internal users increasingly expect.

Having been at Horizon in technology since 2012 Eamonn has recently moved to the Marketing business unit with responsibility for driving all initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction, sales and service targets tied to digital. Challenging status quo, and identify opportunities to improve quality and outcomes for member whilst helping manage cost through digital channels.

Eamonn also has a role to maximize opportunities for new digital initiatives to respond to changing market and technological conditions partnering with key stakeholders to develop and deliver new capabilities. Develop data analytics to produce required channel activity reporting to properly monitor expected and planned activity that is actionable into business decisions.

Eamonn is originally from the UK and now lives in New York with his wife and 3 year old daughter. He has an engineering degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland and has held various leadership roles in technology and operational transformation consultancy across a variety of industries in both the UK and the US.
