Accordingly, utilities must take better advantage of digital transformation as a means to achieve zero-distance to customers and provide an improved customer experience. For enabling this customer experience transformation, both the backend and front-end solutions need to undergo a paradigm shift. Rolling out these customer experience transformation initiatives have been challenging in the past. However, pre-configured solutions and newer multi-channel enterprise platforms are making these solutions increasingly predictable, seamless, and responsive to the ever-changing customer demands.
