Learn how Kraft Heinz Company overcame the challenge of having one automation framework that spans both ERP and non-ERP technologies!

The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) successfully expanded testing coverage through hybrid automation. In partnership with Infosys, KHC developed an end-to-end QA automation framework that was scalable and elastic enough to conduct business process testing across SAP and surrounding/interfacing, 30+ non-SAP applications covering multiple technologies, ensuring zero-defect delivery for many flagship projects and big cost savings. Regression automation was up from zero to 85 percent (over 2000 scripts automated) and defect leakage in production was cut from 40 percent to 5 percent.

Anil Sehgal — Senior Project Manager, Infosys Validation Solutions
Anil has over 16 years of industrial experience, which includes more than 12 years in software testing and validation services. During his career, he has played multiple roles — program manager, technical quality management (QM) architect, and consultant. Consequently, he has also served as the strategic partner / consultant to clients in the financial services sector, where he was involved in providing cost-effective solutions, process optimization, and early automation assessment. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Capital domain certified.
Antara Pal — Senior Project Manager, Infosys Validation Solutions
Antara leads the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) for a worldwide food company. As a key member of the Center, she is an in charge of scripting its success journey. She brings in over 16 years of global experience pertaining to the IT services industry across software development, functional consulting, project / program management, and independent testing / quality assurance. Her areas of expertise include quality assurance (QA) for large transformation programs — enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, mergers / acquisitions resulting in IT landscape consolidation (with a focus on end-to-end business validation), leveraging extreme automation, and enhancing quality at reduced cost.
Rishi Samat —Associate Engagement Manager, Infosys Validation Solutions
Rishi is the relationship owner of testing services (quality assurance) for a large financial services client. He has 15 years of experience in testing services for large financial clients and has led several large-scale testing / quality assurance (QA) programs that have transformed key business and technical frameworks. His responsibilities also include providing consulting services to develop the future QA road map for industries. Over the years, he has been instrumental in setting up new testing services for clients to enable them reduce cost of quality, improve quality, and reduce time-to-market.
