Amit has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Amit heads the healthcare domain consulting practice at Infosys. His functional experience is mainly in strategy and operations involving PaaS, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and large transformational initiatives. He has held various leadership roles across organizations. Prior to Infosys, Amit has had significant experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial market segments within the payer industry. In his previous stint at Infosys, Amit held the relationship leadership roles for all the BlueCross BlueShield clients and was responsible for leading various M&A and system consolidation initiatives.
Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Rahul is the Senior Director of Digital Customer Experience with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. He is spearheading the transformation of CareFirst’s digital presence by redefining how technology drives engagement between CareFirst and its market constituents (members, employers, brokers, and partners). In addition, Rahul is responsible for the delivery of strategic initiatives pertaining to wellness, the provider directory, health incentive programs, consumer transparency, consumer-directed health plans, student health plans, and broker administration. In his current role, Rahul is uniquely positioned to advance CareFirst’s digital strategy, translating the CareFirst mission into sustainable technology solutions that meet the market demands and promote a premium brand experience.
