Venky is a senior Client Partner in Infosys’ Healthcare Industry Vertical. In this role, he is responsible for business profitability and growth at Infosys’ global HealthCare clients, particularly Fortune 50 clients. He manages critical relationships with senior client executives, industry analysts and anchors talent development of key Infosys personnel. He is responsible for crafting and delivering business and technology solutions to client business problems with his deep understanding of Healthcare business and technology.

Jay Atkin
Jay Atkin

Vice President of Medicaid Business / Program Delivery, Aetna Medicaid

Jay Atkin currently serves as Vice President of Medicaid Business / Program Delivery. He is accountable for Information Technology (IT) business solutions supporting over 3 million members.

Previously Jay led Medicare, Senior Supplemental Insurance and FEDS Technology teams. Prior to that, he was accountable for the Enterprise Quality Assurance (QA) organization. In that role he drove results to best-practice levels, and initiated and executed the first IT managed services contract as well as several other progressive programs enhancing business value.

Prior to QA, Jay led the IT Enterprise Production Maintenance teams, instituting programs to increase return on investments across technology products, significantly improved turn-a-round times on business related level one and two incidents and drove the application sunset program, retiring over 125 systems.

Prior to IT Production Maintenance, Jay held a variety of progressively responsible technical and service related roles in the Infrastructure Services organization.

Jay has a variety of college experiences focused primarily on Information Technology.
