Peter Brook

Peter Brook, Director of Omnichannel, Global Sales, Adidas

Peter has over 12 years of experience in the retail industry with four years focused on implementing omnichannel capabilities. These capabilities include click and collect, ship from store, inventory visibility, and foundational order management services. In his current role, Peter is responsible for defining and aligning the global strategy, roadmap for order management, omnichannel fulfilment capabilities, and then driving the implementation of these capabilities within markets.

Betty David

Betty David, Solution Architect, Infosys

Betty has over 14 years of experience in the supply chain space spanning indirect procurement, order management, warehouse management, and logistics. She has worked on assignments varying from presales solutions to package consulting and implementation for both B2B and B2C clients. Betty’s core expertise is in IBM Sterling Commerce Suite of applications with diverse geographical experience spread across the US, Europe, and APAC. She currently works as a Solution Architect for the order management implementation for a major B2B distributor. Additionally, Betty is the Solution Owner for the Infosys Order Management Solution (EPOCH) for omnichannel commerce.

Amarpal Sanghera

Amarpal Sanghera, Practice Lead, Infosys

Amar Sanghera is the Practice Lead for North America Omnichannel Commerce Practice at Infosys. Over the past eleven years, he has specialized in omnichannel commerce helping develop platforms and strategies that aid clients stay on the leading edge of the customer driven digital revolution. Amar holds an engineering degree from the Punjab Technical University and a postgraduate in IT and supply chain management.
