Session Abstract
Infosys works across the diverse set of products ranging from aircraft structures to deep-sea oil well systems. As we continue to engage with our clients on their engineering requirements, we experience that the industries are getting fundamentally transformed at the physical and digital intersection. This intersection is providing endless opportunities in developing connected, intelligent products, and solutions transforming every facets of socio-industrial experience.

Infosys and our client developed the cloud and mobility based telematics system enabling the gathering of driver behavior data for usage-based insurance product. Learn from the session how embedded electronics and connected services are shifting gears for new product development and innovation.

Raghav KarinjaRaghav Karinja| Associate Vice President- Engineering Services, Infosys Ltd.

Raghav has 20 years of experience in automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing industries. He has program managed complex aerospace and automotive programs. Apart from that, he has led cross-functional teams – Engineering, IT, SCM, and Operations.

His areas of expertise include core product development – mechanical and electronic systems, knowledge-based engineering and automation to drive efficiency. He is also a thought leader in emerging technologies - Internet of Things and complex engineering analytics.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.

Milam WaltersMilam Walters | Chief Operating Officer, DriveFactor, a CCC company

Before joining DriveFactor, a CCC company in 2011, Milam Walters was Managing Director of Operations at Markel Insurance, where he led the program that restructured the enterprise. As a Senior IT Leader at GE, he implemented large-scale business systems. During his eight-year stint at NASA, Milam developed new spaceflight systems. He is a certified six-sigma Blackbelt and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Milam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech and a Master of Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
