Ramshankar R, Principal Consultant, Infosys Technologies
Date: June 11, 2007

Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives have given rise to questions like:
- How do you manage information risk from access-related controls?
- How do you account for coarse-grained and fine-grained authentication?
- How do you ensure that a process takes minimum effort?
- What is the role of application owners?
Organizations are looking for ways to drive IAM programs efficiently and effectively while complying with regulations. In this session,
Ram will review some critical lessons learnt from enterprise-wide IAM programs.
