Ravi has consulted for programs in the digital transformation space that have delivered significant value to clients.
Zach Decker, Director, Document Automation, Collaboration, and InterPlan Processing, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield
Zach has over thirty years of experience in Information Technology. For the past 11 years, he has been with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. In his current role, he has been responsible for the implementation of CareFirst’s Document Automation Platform. This enterprise solution was initially implemented in 2011. It is continuously being enhanced and its usage is expanding across the enterprise. Zach also has responsibility for InterPlan processing as well as the SharePoint collaboration platform.
Prior to CareFirst, Zach worked for Giant Food, a grocery chain in the Baltimore / Washington region. There, he designed and implemented a Direct Store Delivery System across the chain. He also managed the Human Resource Systems team for several years at Giant.
