Khanchana has over 10 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Strategy and Implementation, Marketing and Sales, and Information Systems. She has played a key role in several business transformations and CRM package implementation programs for leading Fortune 500 enterprises spanning North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology.
