Holly is a Partner in the Organizational Transformation practice of Infosys. She is also an expert in Shared Services strategy and design. An experienced business veteran, Holly spent the first half of her career in petroleum exploration. While still with a Fortune 10 oil company, she became fascinated with questions of strategy, leadership, and organizational change, which ultimately led to a career change. Now, she brings her pragmatic management experience to clients, helping them find realistic solutions to the vexing people and organizational challenges of business. Holly was named one of Consulting Magazine’s "Top Women in Consulting" in 2008.

Mukesh Nakra
Mukesh Nakra

Mukesh is the Associate Vice President - Retail, CPG, Logistics and Manufacturing at Infosys. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and specializes in managing large and complex transformation programs. A large part of his experience is in the Human Capital Management domain. Mukesh is an industry thought leader, playing the role of a strategic advisor to multiple CXOs of global organizations, on their HCM procedures, policies, and technology needs. He also consults with them on process transformation in the areas of core finance, business analytics, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy. In the past, he has successfully led multiple global HCM transformation programs by defining organizational policies, project strategies, and objectives, and has implemented IT solutions that optimize business processes.
