Gopikrishnan Konnanath

Gopikrishnan Konnanath
Vice President, Head of Enterprise Application Integration Services, Infosys

Gopi heads the Enterprise Application and Integration Services (EAIS) service line at Infosys. EAIS is a large group within Infosys, which helps customers renew their core business and innovate into new business through accelerated digitization and integration - supported by the Infosys API Economy, BPM, SOA, EAI, SCM, EAM, and MS Dynamics practices.

As head of EAIS service line, he is responsible for overall management, business growth, scalable competency development, and reliable delivery for many large Infosys clients. Under his leadership, the EAIS group is growing significantly with an expanding market presence in global sales and delivery, and ensuring that the best practices are leveraged across industries and regions. In addition, Gopi is the Development Center Head for Mangalore and leads the execution of “zero-distance” which is a strategic and cultural movement in the organization - aimed at bringing innovation into every project.

He has been with Infosys for over 21 years and has held a variety of roles across the globe. These include practice management, delivery management, client services, and development center management. Early in his career, Gopi has been part of the enterprise solutions team since incubation and played a significant role in the startup of Toronto Center, the first Development Center of Infosys outside of India. Additionally, he is responsible for incubating, nurturing and building the supply chain practice, was a global delivery lead for one of the largest clients of Infosys, and managed global delivery of advanced technologies - a practice which dealt with business intelligence (BI) and digital services.

Gopi holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from NITTE.

Sanjay Ladha

Sanjay has over 23 years of varied experience across industries and IT. Throughout his career, he has played various senior leadership roles in management, operations, sales, and delivery functions. Sanjay has a rich and diverse experience in managing enterprise solutions, consulting, and transformation programs across various enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) packages for global customers.

Presently, he is responsible for driving global sales, solutions, and innovations track for the Infosys Dynamics practice. In addition, Sanjay is a certified project management professional (PMP) and holds certifications in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

Sachin Bery

Sachin Bery

Sachin has more than 15 years of experience across industries, enterprise packages, and verticals. He has run various organizations and initiatives across diverse business lines ranging from core consulting, delivery management, product marketing, business planning, sales, and delivery of package-enabled IT services. Sachin is instrumental in incubating the Microsoft Dynamics practice at Infosys more than 11 years ago. Currently, he runs the complete business increment (presales) organization for Microsoft Dynamics practice (across ERP and CRM product lines) while incubating new solution, competency development, go-to-market (GTM), and driving package-led transformation programs for clients. Moreover, Sachin is a Microsoft certified professional with certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX and customer relationship management (CRM).

Chris Clark

Chris Clark

Chris spent the last 15 years working with a Microsoft Global SI enterprise partner delivering solutions based on the Microsoft platform. Over the last five years, he has delivered Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for various well-known banking, insurance, and call center clients.

At present, Chris is a CRM architect for a multi-year Dynamics CRM 2016 engagement at a large multinational bank. With broad and deep technical expertise, he is frequently engaged in technical presales, enterprise architecture, application performance, high-risk deliveries, and solving complex challenges for enterprise clients. Additionally, Chris is responsible for delivering the next-generation of intelligent CRM Industry solutions at Infosys.

Guillermo Cardona

Guillermo Cardona
Principal, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Enterprise Application and Integration Practice, Infosys

Guillermo has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. He spent the last 15 years of his career working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, 12 of those with Dynamics CRM. Guillermo has multiple years of experience in several vertical markets - including logistics, retail, hospitality, insurance, and is a frequent speaker at one of the major CRM event.

As a certified Microsoft professional, he has implemented Dynamics CRM in over 100 organizations with integrations to multiple enterprise systems. In his current role, Guillermo is overseeing the implementation of Dynamics CRM at multiple organizations, including a worldwide accounting firm, and a higher education services provider. Furthermore, he is involved in pre-sales for multiple opportunities, training consultants, and architecting comprehensive solutions for complex situations for Infosys clients.
