The session focuses on the changing face of customer experience; ways in which the industry is evolving to embrace new technologies; competitors and learning that can be applied from other industries to the telecom industry.
Sanjeev has over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry and has played a lead role in conceptualizing, architecting and building transformation solutions for telecom companies. He has helped clients achieve business outcomes by leading business transformation programs in improving customer experience and core telco operations. He has worked with European and American service providers, and his areas of expertise include business process re-engineering and operations transformation.
Sanjeev conceptualised and developed a customer services transformation solution for a telecom company (patent pending) and has presented a paper on business agility at theTele-management Forum in 2008. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the London Business School and a bachelor's degree in electronics.
