"It is no longer enough to do a good job in helping CSPs run their existing business effectively. Leading CSP partners are also expected to help CSPs create new capabilities that bring revenue from new services. This includes helping CSPs maximize the benefits of their existing assets in the digital context." mentions Gartner's Magic Quadrant.
