Infosys Foundation USA Celebrated Ten Years of Impact at CrossRoads 2025 Thought Leadership Conference
Infosys Foundation USA celebrated its 10th anniversary at CrossRoads 2025, its flagship thought leadership conference, held at the Infosys Technology and Innovation Hub in Indianapolis. The event brought together over 200 educators, policymakers, technologists and changemakers who are committed to advancing equitable access to digital learning and workforce readiness.
CrossRoads 2025 explored how technology – particularly artificial intelligence – is transforming education and the workforce. Attendees engaged in keynote presentations, hands-on workshops, Spark Talks, and breakout sessions designed to inspire collaboration and innovation. Infosys Foundation USA also launched their first-ever U.S. Accessibility Living Lab in collaboration with the iCETS team which reflects a wider commitment the Foundation has to inclusion and accessibility in their programming. The conference provided valuable networking opportunities, to foster impactful collaborations and spark new initiatives. The event concluded with a 10th Anniversary Gala, celebrating a decade of progress in digital upskilling and education.
Over the past decade, Infosys Foundation USA has made significant strides in shaping the future workforce by advancing computer science education and digital upskilling. The Foundation USA’s work aligns with Infosys’ broader mission of lifelong learning and inclusive growth, empowering educators and students alike with the skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy. As a leader in AI education, the Foundation has provided free resources to K–12 educators, supported the global TeachAI initiative, launched a Tech Innovation Lab in Charlotte, and hosted nationwide AI bootcamps in collaboration with the Mark Cuban Foundation.
The Foundation USA’s impact includes:
- Empowering more than 1.5 million K–12 teachers: Educators nationwide have benefitted from professional development courses in computer science through the Foundation’s flagship Pathfinders Summer Institute.
- Reaching 26 million students: The Infosys Foundation USA provides access to innovative programs and collaborations such as AI Bootcamps, STEM summer coding camps, the Infy App Challenge, and hands-on makerspace learning.
- Delivering digital skilling to more than 60,000 learners: Through the Infosys Springboard USA platform, users benefit from technology talent development through free access to over 11,000 courses in subjects like GenAI and emerging technologies.
