Ask Ralph introduces a dynamic conversational experience that redefines the shopping experience and elevates consumer engagement, by training the model in decades of lookbooks and archives.
Infosys supported Microsoft and Ralph Lauren on the design of the end-to-end architecture of the solution, building the user interface, conversational API integrations and data pipelines that bring Ask Ralph to life. Microsoft Azure OpenAI has provided the generative AI capabilities to understand natural language queries and deliver real-time recommendations, while its secure, scalable foundation will aim to enable expansion across new markets and more platforms.
