Infosys Technologies Limited (NASDAQ: INFY) has noticed a report in the press claiming that the Company is expected to take-over PSI Data Systems, a Bangalore based software firm."This rumour is totally unfounded and no such corporate action is contemplated by us," said Mr. Nandan M. Nilekani, Managing Director, President & Chief Operating Officer.
