The Live Enterprise Automation Platform (LEAP) is also integrated with the client’s ITSM tool. It enables to achieve higher levels of automation through a combination of front-end and back-end automation with cognitive capabilities. The centralized automation control tower helps the application management team to define, manage, schedule, execute and monitor automation workflows. This provides user friendly and technology agnostic solution to support engineers to do instant automations without any dependency on any software or other teams.
