Building a future-ready workforce
With recent disruptions around the world, a lot of factors have coincided to confront the traditional functioning of workplaces. These factors include the role of technology, growing demand for a work-life balance, and most recently, a global pandemic leading to a lot of uncertainty and speculation within the workplace. This has introduced additional challenges for organizations to start planning the future of its workforce.
What will this future be like?
A large percentage of the workforce is now working remotely due to the proliferation of COVID-19. While many employees are adapting to the new normal, many are anxious about the future.
