At NVIDIA GTC 2025, Infosys collaborated with AWS and NVIDIA to demonstrate an advanced AI-powered conversational solution for wealth advisory that provides personalized financial guidance.

The core of this innovation is Infosys Cortex, part of Infosys Topaz, which manages multi-agent AI workflows by integrating financial data, market insights, and customer profiles in real-time. This enables advisors to offer tailored recommendations aligned with each client’s goals.

To enhance interaction, the solution includes custom digital avatars through NVIDIA’s Digital Human technology and integrates Riva for real-time text-to-speech and speech-to-text functionalities. This results in a dynamic interaction model that improves customer engagement.

AWS provides generative AI models through platforms such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, offering flexibility and scalability. Infosys utilizes these capabilities for use cases like:
