The Solution

Infosys leveraged IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS), IBM Web Content Manager (WCM), and Informatica Product Information Management (PIM) to create a robust ecosystem for omni-channel commerce. We addressed data quality issues, enriched data, and redesigned the order checkout process.

We integrated regional CRM, ERP, content management, and product management systems to address location-specific business rules and requirements of product designers, and engineering and procurement communities.

A parametric search engine, advanced Bill of Materials (BOM) tool, and APIs for product information and order placement enhanced product and inventory management. Our advanced system supports continuous enhancement as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solutions such as chatbots.
