The pandemic has changed what women want from their organizations. They are seeking greater opportunities to step-up to managerial and leadership roles. In situations where belittling microaggressions - such as having their judgment or their managerial style questioned - make it harder for them to advance, they are not hesitating to switch jobs in pursuit of a more empowering workplace. What that really means is, companies that do prioritize listening to their women employees and embracing a culture that supports equity and inclusion have so much to gain. The films, featured here, offer us an opportunity to introspect and see what we can do – as individuals, managers, colleagues and corporate decision-makers - to make the most of this opportunity – to advance gender diversity and progress in our workplace.
We want to empower and inspire you with a small collection of thought-provoking videolets around experiences of women at work, whether that’s questioning it, celebrating it, raging against it, or a combination of all these.
